At Captify Glass, we want you to be completely satisfied with your eyewear purchase. Please read our Return Policy below to understand your rights regarding returns and exchanges.

 


 

1. Returns Eligibility

 

Glasses:

 

  • You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your glasses for any reason—no questions asked.

 

  • To be eligible for a return, the glasses must be in their original condition and packaging.

 

Prescription Inserts:

 

  • Prescription inserts are custom milled for your specific prescription.

 

  • Due to their custom nature, prescription inserts are not eligible for return or exchange.

 


 

2. Return Process

 

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

 

  • Contact our Customer Support team at support@captify.glass within 15 days of delivery to notify us of your return request.

 

  • Provide your order number, details of the product(s) to be returned, and the reason for the return.

 

Step 2: Return Authorization

 

  • Our Customer Support team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide instructions on how to proceed with your return.

Step 3: Ship the Product

  • Please securely package the glasses in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

 

  • Include the RA number in the package.

 

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

 

Step 4: Refund Process

 

  • Once the returned glasses are received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

 

  • Please note that shipping fees and any non-returnable items (i.e., prescription inserts) are non-refundable.

 


 

3. Exchanges

 

If you wish to exchange your glasses for a different style or prescription, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product. If you have any questions about exchanging products, please contact our Customer Support team.

 


 

4. Damaged or Defective Products

 

If your glasses arrive damaged or are defective, please contact us immediately at support@captify.glass with your order number and details about the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly, either by replacing the product or providing a refund.
