We offer a 15 days no-questions-asked return policy for the glasses, so you have plenty of time to try out Captify to see if it will work for you. If you choose prescription glasses, however, we will have to deduct the cost of the prescription lenses because they are custom-made.

Yes! We support both Android and iOS. The app requires iOS v16+ and Android 12+ to run. A phone is required for captioning, but no internet access is needed - Captify works offline.
