What's the return policy?
We offer a 14 days no-questions-asked return policy for the glasses, so you have plenty of time to try out Captify to see if it will work for you. If you choose prescription glasses, however, we will have to deduct the cost of the prescription lenses because they are custom-made.

We ship internationally to anywhere in the world! We offer free shipping within the
continental US. For other countries, please enter your address at checkout to see

What languages does Captify Myvu support?
We currently support transcription and translation in 13 languages: English, Spanish, French, Italian, German, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, Vietnamese, Malaysian, Indonesian, Turkish, and Thai. For more languages, check out Captify Pro.
Do you support FSA / HSA or insurance?
Yes! Simply use your FSA or HSA card at checkout. If you have insurance, check with
your provider about out-of-network reimbursements. We can provide an itemized
receipt for your insurance claim.
Will you support my prescription?
Yes - anything from a -20.00 to +6.00. We also support astigmatism.
Does it run on iOS / Android?
Yes! We support both Android and iOS. The app requires iOS v16+ and Android 12+ to run. A phone is required for captioning, but no
internet access is needed - Captify works offline.

Like the glasses - love the background feature or environmental information feature - still getting familiar with taping to turn on and off - the ability to translate from Spanish into English wonderful experience - looking forward to the update for identifying various speakers - would like to have an added feature to caption phone calls when a voice mail is left - since I do have an intelligible speaking voice - overall PRICELESS!!!!
It does everything I was hoping for! You fulfilled every upgrade you promised. It was worth the wait. I use them for backup with my BAHA, when the environment is not hearing friendly.
No issues with the progressive lenses at all. The prescription matches the regular glasses I'm wearing, and there's no problem around the house or outside.
