Troubleshooting

See the following videos to troubleshoot pairing issues.

1. Check that your glasses are charged and turned on.

2. Check that your phone’s Bluetooth is turned on.

3. Make sure there are no other phones nearby already connected to the glasses. If so, unpair those phones from within the Captify app, or toggle off Bluetooth on the other phones.

4. If you still can't find the glasses, switch off the glasses, kill the app, turn on the glasses, and open the app again to restart the pairing process.

5. If trying the above doesn't work, restart your phone, then try again.

6. If all else fails, reach out to support.
